Dr. Piyush Somani is an experienced gastroenterologist and advanced endoscopist with over 14 years of experience, having performed over 15,000 procedures. His expertise includes endoscopic polyp and lymph node removal, endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, EUS, capsule endoscopy, and GERD treatments. He has performed over 750 endoscopic ultrasound procedures and 250 FNAC/biopsies. Dr. Somani was awarded the Asian Young Endoscopist Award (2015) and completed specialized training in ERCP and interventional EUS in South Korea, India, and the USA. He previously headed the Gastroenterology Department at NMC Royal Hospital in Sharjah and now practices in Dubai.

Dr. Elganyni is a highly experienced gastroenterologist who trained in Egypt and completed advanced subspecialty training in inflammatory bowel disease in the UK. He has worked in Saudi Arabia and the UK and currently practices in the UAE. With extensive expertise in endoscopy, he has performed over 3,000 colonoscopies and 5,000 gastroscopies. His main clinical interest lies in inflammatory bowel disease, particularly new biologic treatments. Dr.  Elganyni has published numerous scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the Royal College of  Physicians (UK), ECCO, and the Emirates Society of Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
